There's something to be said about the interactions Sabrina has had in this place, and the self-appointed need to stand sentinel to any and all who seemed like they could use a friend.
She remembered the man she met days after her arrival, the haze of compulsion weighing heavy across those distinct, hazel-green eyes.
Sabrina had always been impulsive, and had always been lead by heart more than logic and will always be. But there were still...boundaries that she should be mindful of. She had long wanted to make sure Klaus was okay from when she first met him, but - but would he remember her? Would he want to remember that?
So instead, she does the next best thing she can think of. Klaus will find a small, black satchel somewhere obvious in his rooms - a witch's advantage of being able to displace objects from one place to another, and a note attached to it, in neat cursive.
Klaus, I hope you're doing alright. Please accept this little token, and I hope it helps, when you need it to. - Sabrina
The satchel itself, upon inspection, has a little sigil written in white on its front. While she has no distinct idea of what magic had afflicted him, she assigns to the belief that good intention holds its own strength. The little spell is intended to be a ward - against negative forces, influence or emotion. Kind of like a cushion - it won't stop any of those things exactly, but perhaps it will add clarity when it is needed, or hope when all seems lost. Upon touching it, the little bag will feel a bit warm, and smell distinctly of pine and dried citrus before fading away.
[When Klaus finds the satchel and the note, he smiles a little. The fact that someone not in his inner-most circle had thought about him makes something bloom bright and warm in his chest.]
